Wedding Prep- Beauty Edition
Congratulations! You made it to the finish line! Let's make sure your wedding day photos look as perfect as your Pinterest Board with a few helpful tips:
1 Month Before the Wedding
Break in your wedding shoes
Last chance for Botox, fillers, micro needling, permanent makeup, or derma peel.
Do not try any new face products past this point
2 Weeks Before the Wedding
Have your hair cut, colored, and fresh extensions
Confirm your getting ready schedule with your wedding party
Drop off your dress to get steamed or cleaned.
Last chance for light facials or natural tanning
1 Week Before the Wedding
Purchase any "emergency" items you'd like to have with you on your wedding day- freeze spray for your feet, Liquid IV, Tums, Stress Gummies, band aids, etc.
Get your engagement ring cleaned
Prepare an overnight bag for the weekend and make arrangements for how it is getting transported on your wedding night.
Send your wedding party the getting ready timeline
Assign any specific duties to your wedding party for wedding day
Avoid the sun like the plague. Last thing you want on your wedding day is to be burnt like a piece of toast.
Teeth whitening appointment
Wax appointment
Wednesday- 3 days before the wedding
Mani/Pedi Appointment
Pick up your engagement ring from getting cleaned
Pick up your wedding dress from alterations or dry cleaners
Thursday- 2 days before the wedding
Spray Tan appointment- Make sure this is AFTER your mani/pedi. A tan will come right off and look weird after a mani/pedi.
Friday- 1 day before the wedding
Ceremony Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner
Saturday- Wedding Day
