1. Finalize Your Seating Chart
   It’s time to hand off your seating chart to your vendor team. They’ll need to know exactly how many place settings go at each table. If you're having a plated dinner, provide a detailed breakdown of how many of each entrée are going to each table.

2. Confirm Your Processional Order
   Who’s walking when and with whom? Nail down the order of your wedding party and family members for a smooth and stress-free ceremony.

3. Reserve Seats for the First Row
   Based on your processional order, determine who will be sitting in the front row at your ceremony. Typically, this includes immediate family, but make sure it’s clearly outlined.
