Erin and I met while working together on Jennifer’s winter wedding- she was the wedding day coordinator, and I was the sales manager at the hotel hosting the reception. I remember immediately thinking, okay… she’s someone I want on my team.

Erin is the person I call for anything wedding-related—whether it’s a tricky timeline, a last-minute curveball, or just a “what would you do here?” moment. She’s steady, solutions-focused, and exactly who you want in your corner on a wedding day.

Laney joined our team in June 2025 and quickly became an invaluable part of our coordination team. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in marketing, she brings experience from working with planners across the Southeast, giving her a well-rounded perspective on a wide range of wedding styles and logistics.

Laney has a calm, steady presence that keeps everything grounded, even in the most fast-paced moments. While she may be naturally quiet, she steps into leadership with ease when it matters most—ensuring every detail is handled and every moving piece stays on track.

Marisa Carrozza-Heath

Marisa was originally one of my brides (September 2022), and when I started my company, she was one of the first people I called.

She’s also a full-time doctor of Audiology and genuinely loves what she does which shows in how detail-oriented, thoughtful, and steady she is in any environment.

On wedding days, Marisa is my secret weapon. When she walks onsite, I can immediately shift into full “bride mode,” knowing she has everything else completely handled. She’s the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks so everything feels effortless to our clients.

Erin Moyer (yes, we have TWO Erin’s) has experience with weddings all over the world from the South of France to South Africa and there’s very little she hasn’t seen or handled.

She doesn’t wait to be told what to do, she just knows. Erin moves fast, thinks ahead, and somehow has endless energy to keep everything (and everyone) on track. She’s the person I trust to walk into any situation and take control without missing a beat.

Janeen Carter was my very first team member and, yes, she’s also my mom. From the beginning, she’s been someone I can trust completely to step in and make sure everything actually gets done (and done right).

She thrives in execution and loves being on-site, especially when it means traveling to new venues and working closely with our brides. Janeen has a way of connecting with clients who really lean into the experience and trust our team, and she brings a steady, reassuring presence to every wedding day.

Marketing + Business Design Partner

Megan Edwards

Megan is what I’d call my marketing and business design partner- she’s the reason so much of our client experience feels seamless from the very first interaction.

She’s behind everything from onboarding our brides to creating seating charts, welcome signs, and all of the day-of details that pull a wedding together visually. Megan has an incredible eye and makes sure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and elevated.

She’s also a former teacher, and it shows in the best way. She brings structure, clarity, and a very high standard to everything she touches.
