Cat Carter-McEntire

Owner + Principal Planner

After eight years in the wedding industry, I am just as energized by this work as I was on my very first wedding day in Columbia, South Carolina. The excitement, the emotion, the design—the magic never gets old.

What has changed is the depth of experience I bring to the table. Dozens of weddings later, I’ve learned how to navigate the chaos with calm, how to turn vision into reality, and how to make every decision feel a little easier (and a lot more fun) for my couples.

Throughout the process, I’m your biggest advocate, your creative partner, your logistics guru, your snack-time hype woman—and, most importantly, your trusted friend.

When I’m not planning weddings and events, I am probably…

  • Riding horses

  • Perfecting my handstand pushup at CrossFit

  • Grooming my very hairy rescue dog, Louise

  • Working on my laptop at my favorite local hang out spot- Bodega Noir

What sets us apart…

  • Professionally trained, licensed, and insured wedding and event team

  • Our background in event planning and coordination, venue management, hotel catering and sales, and resort operations

  • Our extensive network of passionate vendors that spans across the Carolinas

  • Experience with intricate wedding ceremonies (Jewish, Catholic, Indian, Chinese) and challenging logistics such as multiple venues, tight timelines, planning an entire wedding in 8 weeks, and so much more.

  • I’m young and sometimes funny plus I have the coolest job in the world- your wedding bestie.
